Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before using VerdisHost’s web hosting services. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the “Customer” or “You”) and VerdisHost (“Provider,” “We,” or “Us”).

Service Agreement 1.1. This agreement governs the provision of web hosting services by VerdisHost to the Customer. 1.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the services provided are on an “as-is” basis, and VerdisHost does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Service Description 2.1. VerdisHost will provide web hosting services to the Customer, including server space, bandwidth, and other resources necessary for hosting websites and related files. 2.2. The specific features and limitations of the services provided will be outlined in the selected hosting plan chosen by the Customer.

Customer Obligations 3.1. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information, including usernames and passwords. 3.2. The Customer agrees not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. 3.3. The Customer shall ensure that any content hosted on VerdisHost’s servers complies with all applicable laws and regulations. 3.4. The Customer agrees not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the performance or security of VerdisHost’s servers or network infrastructure.

Payment and Billing 4.1. The Customer shall pay the fees associated with their selected hosting plan in a timely manner, as outlined in the pricing agreement. 4.2. VerdisHost reserves the right to modify its pricing and fees with reasonable notice to the Customer.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) 5.1. VerdisHost strives to provide reliable and efficient services. However, in the event of service interruptions or performance issues, VerdisHost will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. 5.2. VerdisHost is not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to service interruptions, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or reputational damage. 5.3. VerdisHost’s liability for any service-related issues is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the affected service period.

Termination 6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. 6.2. VerdisHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services immediately if the Customer violates any terms outlined in this agreement. 6.3. Upon termination, the Customer remains responsible for any outstanding fees incurred up until the termination date.

Intellectual Property 7.1. The Customer acknowledges that VerdisHost may use its name and logo on its website and promotional materials to indicate the Customer as a client. 7.2. The Customer retains all intellectual property rights to its website content hosted on VerdisHost’s servers.

Confidentiality 8.1. VerdisHost and the Customer agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland. 9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

By using VerdisHost’s web hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
